报告摘要:Systems of interacting particles are widely used to establish different mathematical models describing collective behaviors of organisms and social aggregations. In this talk, we focus on collective dynamics over domains with boundaries. Such domains are commonly involved in realistic physical settings. For example, the boundary can be an obstacle in the environment, such as a river or the ground. Our research contributions include the mean-field limit for the particle system with reflecting boundary condition and the zero-diffusion limit from the aggregation-diffusion model to the plain aggregation model.
报告人简介: 黄辉,现为格莱茨大学(奥地利)的University Assistant。2017年毕业于清华大学数学科学系,师从简怀玉教授和刘建国教授(美国杜克大学)。毕业后曾先后在西蒙弗雷泽大学(加拿大), 慕尼黑工业大学(德国)以及卡尔加里大学(加拿大)从事博士后研究工作。其主要研究方向为应用数学,目前已有多篇文章发表在《J. Machine Learning Research》,《SIAM J. Optimiz》,《Math. Mod. Meth. Appl. Sci.》,《Math. Comp.》,《SIAM J. Math. Anal.》,《J. Diff. Equ.》等国际权威期刊上。
