报告摘要：A probability measure on R^d with compact support is called a spectral measure if it has an exponential orthogonal basis for L^2(\mu). In this paper, we obtain some general criteria for spectral and non-spectral measures. As their applications, we first give a simple proof for the Lebesgue measure restricting on some unit cube to be a spectral measure; Secondly, we study the Cantor-Moran measure generated by admissible sequence. We point out that many known and new results can be proved by the general criteria here.
报告人简介：何兴纲，男，1961年生，贵州贵阳人，博士(师从香港中文大学刘家成讲座教授)，教授，博士生导师。研究方向为分形几何，小波分析，调和与非调和傅里叶分析，Tiling理论等的交叉与应用。先后主持国家自然科学面上基金4次.2011年荣获湖北省自然科学奖三等奖(排名第一). 2014年湖北省科协"科技创新源泉工程"创新创业人才.2006年湖北省科协优秀科技论文一等奖.多次在大型国内外会议上做邀请报告（80人以上）；多次到香港、日本、加拿大等进行合作研究；和国内外同行有密切的交流与合作.已发表论文40篇，其中包括Adv. Math.（3篇）；J.Math. Pures Appl.（1篇）；J. Funct. Anal.（7篇）和 Appl. Comput. Harmon.Anal.（2篇，中科院分区：1区）， Indiana Univ. Math. J.（1篇）.高被引论文1篇. 被引用564次（mathscinet数据，其他数据更多）.
