报告摘要：This talk concerns with the modified Camassa-Holm equation and its Backlund transformation. With the aid of reciprocal transformation and the associated modified Camassa-Holm equation, a Backlund transformation, which involves both dependent and independent variables, is constructed for the modified Camassa-Holm equation. The related nonlinear superposition formula is worked out and applications of both Backlund transformation and nonlinear superposition formula are considered. This is a joint work with Gaihua Wang and Hui Mao.
专家简介：刘青平，中国矿业大学(北京)理学院教授，博士生导师，北京市教学名师，国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。刘青平教授于1992年在英国Leeds大学获得博士学位，在中国科学院理论物理研究所做博士后，1994年到中国矿业大学（北京）工作，主要致力于数学物理和非线性科学的研究，在国际国内重要期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇，主持国家项目十几项，已培养研究生近40名。1997年入选江苏省“333“人才工程，1998年获第八届孙越崎青年科技奖，1999年入选教育部优秀青年教师资助计划，2000年入选煤炭行业专业技术拔尖人才，2002年入选教育部跨世纪人才计划。
