报告题目：Applications of Wu’s method In Symmetry problems of PDEs

报告简介：We give a review on applications of Wu’s method (characteristic set algorithm) in PDE symmetry calculation, classification, decision and Lie algebra construction done in recent years by author. A key step of solving these problems is to analysis and solves so called the system of determining equations. The essential idea of our research for the purposes is in the following. At first we turn these problems equivalently into ones of dealing with the zero point set of differential polynomial system (d.p.s). Then we apply Wu’s method (the characteristic set theory and algorithm) to the transferred problems. Finally, we can get an alternative ways to discuss these problems from differential algebra point and get mechanical algorithm for solving these problems. Some examples are shown. The main results are presented in the following references.
报告人简介：朝鲁，男，博士，教授，博士生导师，中国海事大学文理学院院长。1994-1997年就读于大连理工大学工程力学所，获得工学博士学位。曾担任内蒙古工业大学理学院院长兼副书记。2004-2006年间被内蒙古自治区政府评为“优秀留学回国人员”、“先进科技工作者”、“有突出贡献青年专家”等荣誉称号。2007年获省级优秀教学成果一等奖。在《中国科学》，《系统科学与数学》，《数学学报》，《J. Math. Phys.》 ，《J. Math. Anal. Appl.》等在内的国内外专业刊物上发表五十余篇学术论文；主持完成了四项国家自然科学基金项目、主持完成多项省级自然科学基项目； 2002年-2005年在加拿大UBC访问工作两年，与PDEs对称和守恒律权威专家—加拿大UBC大学G. Bluman教授及其团队建立了长期合作关系，进行合作开展了关于PDEs对称、守恒律及吴方法的应用研究。
