报告题目: Approximate symmetry approach for differential-difference equations
报告摘要:In this talk, I will discuss the recent development on approximate symmetry approach for differential-difference equations. It enables us to produce necessary integrability conditions, to determine whether a given equation is integrable or not, and to advance in classification of integrable equations. We apply the developed formalism to solve the classification problem of integrable equations for anti-symmetric quasi-linear equations of order (−3, 3) and produce a list of 17 equations satisfying the necessary integrability conditions. For every equation from the list, we present an infinite family of integrable higher order relatives. Some of the equations obtained are new. This is a joint work with A.V. Mikhailov and V.S. Novikov recently published on Commun. Math. Phys. .
报告人简介:王敬萍,英国肯特大学教授、博士生导师,数学物理和可积系统领域的国际著名专家。 她分别在北京大学、清华大学、荷兰Vrije 大学获得学士、硕士和博士学位。之后在美国Minnesota大学做博士后研究。在国际著名杂志Comm.Math. Phys., Nonlinearity, Found. Comput. Math., Inverse Problems, J. Nonlinear Sci. 等杂志发表了一系列具有原创性的高水平成果。
